Code of Conduct for Students

  • Students must be punctual and regular in attending classes and completing internal assessments/assignments. Absence without a valid reason will not be excused.
  • Students should sit properly in their respective classrooms and avoid making unnecessary noise that could disturb others.
  • The use of mobile phones or any electronic gadgets for communication during class is prohibited.
  • Cheating, copying, or exchanging answer sheets during examinations is strictly forbidden.
  • a professor is absent or unable to take a class, students must remain in their classrooms and maintain silence to avoid disturbing adjoining classes.
  • Students must regularly check both online and offline notice boards for important information.
  • Students must dress appropriately, maintaining decency at all times.
  • Discrimination of any form is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary actions.
  • Students must not loiter in the corridors during class hours.
  • Scribbling indecent words on walls, blackboards, classrooms, washrooms, or any part of the campus is prohibited.
  • Smoking, chewing, or consuming any kind of drug is strictly prohibited, with severe punishments for violations.
  • Ragging in any form is strictly forbidden, with disciplinary actions for offenders.
  • Misusing college property, such as tables, chairs, benches, fans, bulbs, water taps, gardens, etc., is prohibited.
  • Students must not disturb the academic atmosphere of the institution.
  • Students are encouraged to participate in all types of extra-curricular and other activities.
  • Any form of harassment and ragging is strictly prohibited, with strict disciplinary actions for offenders.
  • Students must show respect towards faculty and staff at all times.
  • Students should report any issues or violations of the code of conduct to the appropriate authorities promptly.

Code of Conduct for Teachers

  • Teachers should work within the institutional policies and practices to fulfill the vision and mission of the college.
  • Faculty members are expected to conduct themselves honestly and efficiently under the Principal's leadership.
  • Teachers must be punctual for classes and other assigned duties.
  • All faculty members must sign regularly in the attendance register maintained by the Head of the Institution.
  • Teachers are expected to encourage students to enhance their learning, develop their personalities, and contribute to community welfare.
  • Teachers must undertake additional responsibilities, such as evaluation and invigilation, administrative work, student counseling, and participation in extra-curricular activities.
  • Faculty members should be impartial with students, regardless of their religion, caste, economic, social, or physical identity.
  • Teachers should avoid any form of unlawful discrimination.

  • Non-teaching staff (NTS) should work within institutional policies and practices to meet the college's vision and mission.
  • NTS must conduct themselves honestly and efficiently under the Principal's leadership.
  • NTS should exhibit punctuality and discipline in their work.
  • All NTS members must sign regularly in the attendance register maintained by the Head of the Institution.
  • NTS should exhibit the highest standards of professional behavior.
  • NTS must be impartial with others, regardless of their religion, caste, economic, social, or physical identity.
  • NTS should avoid any form of unlawful discrimination.
  • NTS should actively reject any form of misconduct, including verbal, non-verbal, or physical.
  • NTS should be friendly and supportive towards students.
  • NTS should foster an environment of mutual respect and collaboration among colleagues and students.
  • NTS must maintain confidentiality regarding institutional matters and student records.
  • NTS should report any issues or violations of the code of conduct to the appropriate authorities promptly
